Before you place an order, please check the Terms & Conditions below:

-SIZE:
Please refer to the measurement or size of the stock carefully.

-COLOR:
Do not worry of the deviation! The pictures are taken from the actual pieces that we sell. Actual colour of the item may only differ slightly from the photos shown due to the surrounding lightings.

-AVAILABILITY:
Please always check the stock availability before you send us the order.

- Remarks :
Please make sure your address is stated correctly in confirmation mail as Pos Express envelopes do not require a recipient's signature. (We will not be held responsible for lost parcels and there will strictly be no refunds)


How to order?

-ORDER: Always email us at jovywardrobe@live.com.my of your order by indicated:

2. BIRTH DATE
3. MAILING ADDRESS
4. PRODUCT CODE & COLOUR
5. PHONE NO (IF POSSIBLE)

-VERIFICATION:
A confirmation email will be sent to verify your order. In case of any wrong information, please inform us in 24hours.

-PAYMENT:
Three (3) days are given to complete the payment upon the verification email has sent. We are sorry that your order will be automatically cancelled after the period.

-NOTIFICATION:
In case of any changes or delay in payment, please do not hesitate to email us. We are pleased to receive your notification.


How to make payment?

-Preferably cash transfer to MAYBANK account.
-Kindly inform us via email again once you have made the payment
- Strictly NO exchangeable or refundable.
